Where pd444 reasonably determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the player's account.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses issued by pd444 carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirements of a bonus are not met within the stated validity period, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. The expiry date and duration of each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. pd444 does not extend bonus validity periods under any circumstances.

6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using pd444, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You accept full responsibility for ensuring that your use of pd444 is lawful in your jurisdiction. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pd444 platform:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in doing so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to interact with the pd444 platform.
• Exploiting any error, malfunction, or bug in pd444's software or games. Any winnings generated as a result of a software malfunction are void and will be reversed.

6.1 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

If pd444 reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to take immediate action including: suspending or permanently closing the account, withholding any pending withdrawal request pending investigation, voiding bets or game results associated with the prohibited activity, and recovering from the player any bonus funds, winnings, or other amounts that pd444 determines were obtained through a breach of these Terms. pd444 may also report suspected criminal conduct — including money laundering and match-fixing — to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

pd444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under pd444's responsible gaming programme.
• pd444's determination that continuing to provide services to the player would expose the company to regulatory, financial, or reputational risk.
• Inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be considered dormant and may be subject to closure at pd444's discretion, following notification to the player's registered email.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
